Within the framework of scientific cooperation between academic institutions, the College of Pharmacy welcomed a delegation of faculty and students from Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University / Technical Institute of Kufa / Department of Pharmacy Technologies. The scientific visit aimed to enhance the students' practical and cognitive skills. The delegation was received by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Uday Abdul-Redha Hussein Al-Rikabi, alongside the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Haider Faleh Al-Shamekh, and the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hassan Zul-Fiqar Al-Bassam.
The visit included a field tour of the college's laboratories to inspect the scientific equipment and modern techniques utilized, as well as to learn about the operational mechanisms within the laboratories and classrooms, thereby contributing to the development of the students' scientific and practical skills.
The visit also witnessed exceptional interaction between faculty and students, featuring an exchange of scientific and cognitive expertise. Discussions emphasized the importance of academic cooperation between universities and educational institutions to serve scientific progress, elevate the quality of education, and contribute to preparing a scientific workforce capable of keeping pace with modern developments in the pharmaceutical field.
